Work Experience

  • Capital One
    2024 - Present

I work within the Recoveries Line of Business in the midst of a large migration period. As part of this effort, I have built infrastructure for a traffic mirroring microservice using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch CDK constructs. In addition, I've migrated a legacy Java microservice to leverage a enterprise wise customer information platform using GraphQL and overhauled its integration/end to end test suite to increase test code coverage.

  • KPMG
    2020 - 2024

I work within the Federal Tech Enablement team which is responsible for developing and maintaining full stack web applications for federal clients. These apps support thousands of users, enabling the government to more effectively meet people’s needs. Examples of my work include writing RESTful API's, creating data visualizations with 3rd party libraries, and implementing Redis queues to send messages between application components. I utilize TypeScript and Java with frameworks like Vue, React, and Spring to deliver apps quickly.
